I love cooking with good, fresh, homegrown ingredients. Cooking can be such a creative and expressive activity and quality ingredients can turn a simple dish into a work of art. Food is necessary to live. Good food is one of those things that makes life worth living.

Caring for the environment is a top priority to me. While I am not certified organic, I use primarily organic/sustainable growing practices. I use only non-gmo seeds and feed for my poultry. I’m happy to answer any questions about how I care for the environment.

I strive to bring quality ingredients to people who love to cook and eat well. I hope to connect with you at the St. Joe’s or Benton Harbor Farmers Markets, or here on the farm with CSA shares.
